Difference between e-commerce and e-business

When you hear the words e-commerce and e-business you may think they have the same meaning but they don’t. E-commerce is the term used for buying and selling online. E-business is the term used for all activity with business online. E-business is known to have three phases, phase one includes making a corporate website, phase two includes online transactions, and phase three includes turning main business functions into a web centric model.
