Experience with speed

Speed is a very important rule with an online website. Responses are to answered within 24 hours. I was informed my shipping was high. I recalculated my costs, raised them to cover shipping and said shipping was free with amount spent. I use USPS which is easy to do online and they pick it up at your doorstep. Processes for shipping, banking, and marketing were set up. A standard operating procedures(SOP) manual was developed.
