The future of e-business can be described in four words: Speed, cost, customers, and process. Speed includes time and money. Time is important when it comes to staying ahead of the game because the competition is so intense. Money is also another important aspect when it comes to time. Receiving money from your products in a timely matter allows you to continue buying and selling in a more efficient way while making more money. Cost helps to be the leader in competition. Tactics such as saving money at particular times in a certain market will greatly increase the odds of the business to be at the top of the food chain. It will make the business more money and put more money back into the hands of the employees. Customers are the number one priority of every business especially e-businesses. Because the customer service representatives have no face to face contact with the customer, there must be a high level of customer service to begin with. Lastly, process is how the company does its business. Every company uses a different process in which it gets its points across.
